STUDIO FACADE VALUE ADDED, The original project was in severe jeopardy.  Under a seperate design team, the construction budget grew as each buildings design was submitted for cost analysis.  When VerTech Engineering was finally contacted by the contractor to consult on the proposed designs, it was determined that substantial amounts of steel could be eliminated with a re-design.  VerTech assumed the vast majority of the project, designing and submitting a complete building each week, working around the clock to maintain existing schedules.
